Suzanne and Chance had a fabulous wedding. Their reception was at SAC and we had some time to go down and take a couple shots and it was just gorgeous.

When I do a wedding these are the types of images that to me, are the most important. The pictures of the bride and groom together are the ones that will be hanging in their house forever. Sometimes it is a bit of a time crunch to get them done but it is well worth it in the end as you can see here.

Suzanne and Chance are the sweetest couple. I am sad that they are moving away from San Angelo cause I wanted to take pictures of their babies someday.

I recently got to shoot this pretty little girl, we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get any pictures of her in her fluffy tutu but she finally gave in at the end and we got a TON! So much fun!
This is Carrye.

She has been working out for a year with Xtreme Fitness Bootcamp and she looks AMAZING!

Carrye wanted to surprise her husband with some photos for their anniversary! What a lucky husband!

This sweet couple is expecting their first daughter! I was so excited about being able to take their maternity pictures!

Hermleigh, Texas
1971-2010
My grandmother recently passed away. We went “home” to Hermleigh for her funeral and we stopped at the house we grew up in. This house is written on my soul. I dream of it constantly. In my dreams it is exactly as it used to be. In reality it is crumbling. It is difficult to express my feelings when I saw it with broken windows, weeds grown up around it. Abandoned. All of my grandparents are now dead and buried. My parents are long divorced. Nothing really remains of this place except memories.
Still, I can see by these photos that there was love here. Two children who got lost along the way have somehow found their way back…almost. And those children will now create their own families, and their own history.
I said good-bye to my grandmother, and that day the last little part of my childhood died too.
But I know that I will still visit it from time to time
… in my dreams.

Angela and her husband had a perfect maternity session!

During the session we were able to see the babies (YES 2 BABIES!) kicking. So cute!

I took these pictures during my trip to Dallas. This is the second year in a row I have photographed the Vollett family and their boys are too cute. The little one, was quite a funny face maker…..
Last year we did an “urban” shoot in the downtown area, so this year we chose a beautiful park.

This is Lindsey and Eric. I am doing their wedding photos in March! They have a cool engagement story. When Eric popped the question he did it on this bridge in a San Angelo park. He had her parents hiding behind a tree watching! ha ha
I thought that was so cute!

We went back to the bridge to do some of their engagement photos. They could NOT have chosen better outfits! Her dress and red shoes were to- die- for!

Congratulations to Lindsey and Eric! I had so much fun during our photo shoot and I can’t wait for the wedding! I know you will be very happy! I could really feel the love you two shared for each other!
